We explore together your challenges and identify your compelling vision. I will support you through thought provoking questions, challenge assumptions, support you by accountability.
Exercises and follow-ups
In between the coaching sessions you will be practicing your mindfulness journey by short exercises and reflecting journaling which we will follow up with regular check-ins.
Guided meditations and breath work
Essential part of your mindfulness journey is calming your nervous system with meditative and breath work exercises.
