  • What types of coaching programs do you offer?
    I provide leadership, burnout recovery, emotional intelligence, and executive shadow coaching. Each program is tailored to your unique goals—whether it's balancing work-life, enhancing presence, or navigating high-stakes transitions.
  • What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
    Coaching is future-focused and goal-oriented, helping you move forward, build skills, and stay accountable. Coaches don’t diagnose or treat mental health issues. In contrast, therapy often addresses past wounds, healing emotional challenges, and mental health condition.
  • Do you work with teams or just individuals?
    Yes—I support both individual leaders and teams.
    • Individual coaching centers on personal goals, mindset, leadership presence, and work-life integration.
    • Team coaching focuses on improving group dynamics, communication styles, collective values, and performance through facilitated sessions and assessments (e.g., 360° feedback).
  • How long does a typical coaching engagement last?
    Most coaching engagements for individuals span 3 to 6 months, with sessions every 1–2 weeks. A typical structure includes 8–12 sessions, which provides enough time to clarify goals, build momentum, and create lasting change. Occasionally short‑term "accelerator" formats of 4–6 sessions are used for specific projects or transitions.

    For enterprise clients the engagement span 6 to 12 months, with a mix of 1-1 and team sessions tailored to the specific objectives.
  • Can coaching with you meet corporate or organizational needs?
    Yes! I design corporate programs (team coaching, leader workshops, 360° feedback integration). These are delivered in-person or online and can be customized to your company’s culture and leadership competencies.
  • What qualifications and experience do you bring?
    I hold: ICF life coach, PrinciplesYou facilitator and coach, Brain and Neuromindfulness Coach and Balanceology Associate Burnout Coach certification, SHRM-CP and CIPD Associate diploma, and have supported leaders across industries for over 4 years. My approach blends evidence-based emotional intelligence frameworks, live shadow coaching, and measurable impact tracking.
  • How quickly will I see results from coaching?
    While individual outcomes vary, most clients notice shifts in energy, clarity, and confidence within 4–6 weeks. For deeper, sustained transformation, a typical program is 8–12 weeks with clear milestones.
  • How do sessions work—are they structured or flexible?
    Sessions follow a structured-agenda aligned with your goals, including tools, feedback, reflection exercises, and session notes. Each meeting is personalized—some may use somatic awareness tools, others focus on real-time leadership challenges.
  • Can coaching be done remotely?
    Absolutely. Remote coaching via video call is fully effective, flexible, and convenient—especially for busy professionals. Exercises, worksheets, and follow-ups are shared digitally.
  • How do I take the PrinciplesYou assessment?
    You can take the Principles assessment by navigating to this link. Once you do, you can either:
    1. Take the assessment anonymously by selecting 'Take the Free Assessment'
    2. OR you can create a profile by using one of the options listed on that page. Enter the profile fields required and click “Sign Up.”
    I suggest creating a profile (option #2) so you can go back to your results at a later time, download it into PDF which we will need for your debrief session with me.
  • Do I have to complete the assessment all at once?
    If you created a profile, you do not have to complete the assessment all at once. Once you answer all of the questions on a given page and press “Continue” at the bottom right hand corner of the page, those answers will be saved to your profile for future access should you want to take the assessment piecemeal.
    If you did not create a profile, then your progress will not be saved if you close your window. We strongly suggest creating a profile to save your results to view them at a later time and share your results with others.
  • How to prepare for the discovery session?
    It's an exciting beginning, especially if you haven't experienced coaching before. Here are a few questions, that may help you tune in:
    • What would you like to change or accomplish?
    • Why is it important to you?
    • What is your challenge?
    Many individuals merely accept their lives without taking control. It's time to set events in motion.
