Burnout is nothing else than an escalation of stress that goes unnoticed. When we are carrying heavy moments all on our shoulders for too long, it is no wonder that we feel tired.
When we are burnt out, we lose touch with what really matters to us, our compass keeps spinning. Exhaustion, cynicism and ineffectuality are all attributes that make it challenging to bounce back on our own.
