How It Works
Evaluate
Before coaching begins, you receive a comprehensive diagnostic of your organisation and specific teams: how people experience their day-to-day work, where collaboration breaks down, and what's affecting morale, giving you a clear view of the current reality.
Assess and compare
From there, the leaders and their direct reports take the PrinciplesYou assessment, giving a 360-degree view of how they see themselves against how their team experiences them. This comparison sets their coaching goals.
Develop
Coaching and workshops run side by side, shaped by what that comparison shows, with the length of the engagement matched to the goals. Typically 6 month to a year.
Workshop Modules
  • Team Development
    Workshop I: Individual & Team Discovery
    The group looks at how their results map across the team together, where people align, where they differ, and what that means for how the team works day to day.

    Workshop II: Building on Your Assessment
    Building on the first session, the team applies what surfaced in the assessment to situations they're actually navigating, working through specific friction points or decisions using the shared language from their results.
